Studio Membership – Summer 2026
We’re delighted to share that our June–July Studio Membership is now fully booked. Thank you for your interest in joining our studio community.
We have a limited number of spaces remaining for August, so if you’d like to join us this summer, we encourage you to book your spot.
We look forward to welcoming you to the studio.
Join our flexible and supportive Studio Membership, designed for independent makers who want regular access to a well-equipped ceramics studio. Whether you’re developing personal projects, refining your techniques, or maintaining an established practice, this membership gives you the time, space, and resources to work at your own pace.
With generous weekly access and a fully equipped studio, this is ideal for confident beginners, intermediate makers, and experienced ceramicists seeking consistent studio time.
Membership Period
Summer Membership: August 2026
- Access Times
Monday – Friday: 08:00 – 21:00
Weekends (Saturday & Sunday): 08:00 – 21:00
Access is available outside of scheduled studio classes and masterclasses.
We will share the studio calendar so members can check availability before coming in.
Access is subject to your selected weekly allowance:
- 6 hours per week (24 hours per month)
- 12 hours per week (48 hours per month)
- 18 hours per week (72 hours per month)
Membership Fees (monthly)
- 6 hours/week (24 hours/month): £150
- 12 hours/week (48 hours/month): £250
- 18 hours/week (72 hours/month): £300
Induction
A one-time £20 induction fee is required before your membership begins.
This includes:
- Full studio induction
- Health & safety briefing
- Personal ID access card
Studio Facilities & What’s Included
All members receive a full introduction to the space and are allocated a personal shelving unit:
- Personal storage: 89cm × 50cm × 42cm
- Access to additional communal storage
- Shared use of all studio areas
You’ll have access to:
- Potters’ wheels
- In-house glazes
- Electric and gas firing options
- Extruder and slab roller
- Shared tools and materials
- Reclaim area
- Cleaning and waste disposal systems
- Kitchen with tea & coffee
- WiFi
Firing & Materials
- £10 per kilo of fired bisque*(Includes clay, glaze, and firings)
*Maximum piece size: 0.2 m³
Firing options:
- Electric (Oxidation)
- Gas (Reduction)
Communal firings:
- Bisque: 1000°C
- Stoneware: 1260°C
Please note:
Earthenware firings are not routinely scheduled. If required, a kiln must be booked separately.
Support & Studio Environment
- Technical support available when needed
- A shared, respectful, and community-focused workspace
- Opportunity to work independently while being part of an active ceramics studio

You’ll have the freedom to manage your own projects, experiment, and build your practice, with support available when needed.

- Studio use is shared among members and scheduled activities. Members will have access to the studio calendar to check availability before attending. Please note that at times, private classes, masterclasses, or fully booked sessions may limit or restrict full studio access.
- Members are expected to follow all studio health and safety guidelines and help maintain a safe working environment.
This Studio Membership offers the flexibility, resources, and community to support your ceramics practice throughout the summer.
Spaces are limited, early sign-up is recommended.
