Description
Created on the banks of the River Thames at County Hall Pottery, the Lotus tableware collection emerges from the clay like the lotus flower blooming from the murky river bed. The first edition features a Tidal glaze, inspired by the blues and green of the river.
Each piece is made from durable white stoneware clay and fired on site in one of County Hall Pottery’s kilns. The glazing techniques used means each piece is unique in its colour patination.
There are three sizes, with five designs in each size available. ‘Small’ is designed for tapas, side plates, and desserts, paired with an espresso mug. ‘Medium’ is ideal for traditional dinner service, including cereal bowls and tea mugs, and ‘Large’ offers a bold statement with platters, decorative fruit bowls, and multifunctional tumblers that can double as storage jars with lids or stylish serving jugs.
