Come hone your skills with our wide range of teachers. Weather you’re a beginner looking to master your own skills or a well practiced potter looking to develop a particular skill our diverse set of knowledge will help you achieve your goal.
We work with a diverse set of master London potters which means we can pair you up with the correct tutor.
Come learn to throw under the watchful eye of Alice or Millie. If you wish to develop your skills further then the standard 6 week throwing course Eugene can help you throw a teapot off the hump or a desired skill that has proven tricky for you to master.
Perhaps hand building if more you desired technique? If you consider yourself more of a designer and have an idea that your not sure where to begin with we can find the right teacher for this. Helen can help you master the art of plaster mould making for a specific project or Emily can lead your hand building skills to a new level. Shane’s masterful art of the decorative surface can take you from painter to potter in no time.

Host your event with us, our cosy pottery studio is perfect for a variety of occasions. If it’s a special occasion we can link up with one of our neighbouring restaurants to give you a full experience.
Our Cosy pottery studio is in the basement of our impressive heritage location. Once you are in the studio our teachers a can lead you through a class designed for you specific needs. Are you making wedding centre pieces on your hen do? Are you making a mug each and one for your host as its their birthday? We are full of thoughtful ideas for your occasion, lets get party planning.
To extend your event we can help book a meal in one of our neighbouring restaurants – perhaps even eating off some of our own wares! This can be dinner after an exciting class or lunch in between class sessions. Our Gallery space and courtyards are also great break out spaces for an informal get together.
Our Pottery Studio has a capacity of 25 people. We like to have a teacher for every 10 people to maximise your fun and learning. This breaks down to 15 hand building spaces and 10 wheel spaces, with 3 teachers to guide you. If you book the whole space than the class runs where people rotate through skills during the session.
