Description
Trained in ceramics on the esteemed City Lit Diploma course, Hilary Bird Mayo began her professional career in 2012, but has been making for over 40 years. A Selected Member of the Crafts Potter Association and Contemporary Applied Arts; and an alumni of the Crafts Council Hothouse programme. She has an honours degree in History of Design and her first career was at the BBC producing programmes.
County Hall Pottery has a range of her sculptural ceramic pieces.
